You know it, I know it, everybody knows it. Human beings are made of energy. If you can increase the vibrational frequency of that energy, then you’ll become happier, more positive and attract far greater experiences.
When you increase your vibrational frequency, you raise the quality of your life, it’s that simple. If your frequency is currently in a negative state, you’ll need to make immediate changes.
Otherwise, expect a difficult road ahead. Trust me, I experienced a seriously negative vibrational frequency first hand. I also discovered 11 immediate ways to tackle this loss of mojo-juice and get my frequency ramped up again. I’ll fill you in on these in a just a second.
A couple of years ago my mindset was shockingly negative, seriously. I was attracting the worst outcomes, every time and in any situation. It sucked big time. I was like that fellow in the movie “The Cooler”, sucking everyone around me into a vortex of negative energy.
One day I had enough and flipped out.
“What the heck is going on” I complained to my fiancee, “Why is nothing ever going right for me?”. To which she replied “You’re bringing it on yourself you know, it’s your negative energy that’s causing it”.
Ch ching, the ‘ol wife-to-be was right on the money… again.
Ok, ok, I got it now. I have to increase my positive energy, I thought. So I eagerly plonked myself in front of the computer (like you do when you’re itching to search for something on Google) and I started doing some research.
That’s when I came across human vibrational frequency and how increasing your vibrational frequency can have a pretty solid impact on increasing the quality of your life.
The thing is when you increase your vibrational frequency you open the floodgates to abundance, happiness, spontaneous opportunity etc. That’s what I wanted.
Starting Out With Vibrational Frequency
The belief is that all beings have an energy field surrounding them. Our existence is far deeper than just our physical body, it extends into the energy field that surrounds us and in turn the vibrational frequency we set for that energy field.
This vibrant aura gives us the ability to bond with all the wonderful living things around us including the universe and all its entities.
Every single thought that runs through your head is energy and that energy is what we call vibration.
If you think about that for just a second, you’ll see how your thoughts are connected to your vibrations and in turn how your vibrations dictate the outcomes you have in your life.
You’ll also understand that your vibrations will affect the type of attitude you’ll adopt when approaching a particular situation, therefore either adding to the positive or negative outcome you’ll experience.
This article is pretty short, so it’ll only take you about 5 – 10 minutes to read…
…but, after reading it, you have to promise me that you’ll get out there and put at least two or three of these points into action.
Energy And Frequency Connects Us
Here’s the thing, we are all connected in an intricate universal web of energy and different vibrational frequencies. Each one of us has a distinctive aura and each aura has a unique vibrational frequency.
Simply put, as humans we resonate the great energy that created the cosmos, we are connected to all things and in turn all things are connected to us. We are the universe’s energy taking the form of a human being for a flicker of a moment.
When the vibrational frequency within us changes, it has a direct effect on the world around us. This is why when you’re having a bad day, everything seems to be going wrong around you as well and you say “why the heck is everything bad happening today?”
This is your vibrational frequency in a negative and murky state.
Vibrational Frequency Effects Your Reality
Truth is it’s not the world that is going all looney tunes most of the time; it’s your vibrational frequency that’s changed.
The fact is that when you’re in touch with yourself and focus on the essence of gratitude, positivity, love, inner peace and harmony, then your energy is free to radiate at a higher vibrational frequency.
In a nutshell, a positive and healthy lifestyle and attitude is the greatest way to move you in the direction of the fruitful life that you’re looking for and deserve.
Of course this is easier said than done and plus I never said it was going to be easy in the first place. But when you get your positive momentum moving (and you will) you’ll reach a certain tipping point, then my friend, the world is your oyster.
You Need To Avoid Negative Vibrational Frequency
If your life is full of negativity, you eat rubbish food and pump yourself full of alcohol or drugs, then your energy field becomes cloudy, murky and ultimately blocked.
Your vibrational frequency is the magnet that attracts your experiences and you’re 100% responsible for that, no one else, just you.
So if your frequency is negative, you’ll have some pretty average experiences, if your frequency is positive then you’ll attract bigger and brighter experiences.
Because we create our energetic frequency with how we treat ourselves from the inside out, we are fully responsible for the vibrations that we send out and the life experiences that we get in return.

Once you’ve read through them all, make sure you implement at least 2 – 3 of them straight away. I really want you to suck in those juicy positive vibes that are there for your taking.
1. Take Time To Appreciate Beauty
Taking some time to appreciate beauty was a very important step for me. With the “rush, rush” lifestyle that I was living it made it very hard to stop and just enjoy the beauty that was surrounding me every second of the day.
Tell me, when was the last time you took a step back and just admired the beauty around you?
It can be the leaves of a tree rustling after a gentle wind to the black canvas of the night sky, sprinkled with glittering stars. Beauty is all around us in abundance, we just need to learn to see it again.
When we are burdened with work and the stress of our everyday life, we forget that there’s a world and universe much bigger than us. We are only here for a small moment; therefore it’s essential that we learn to appreciate the miracles that are life and beauty.
Next time you’re being overwhelmed and preoccupied with yourself, stop and take the time to notice some of the stunning beauty in the world around you. Embrace it, breath in deeply, close your eyes and really feel it. Allow yourself to become deeply absorbed in your magical moment of appreciation.
Whether it’s a duck frolicking in the lake or the morning dew on a blade of grass, take some time and appreciate the beauty that our earth has to offer.
Do this and you’ll feel the glowing energy that drives your positive vibrational frequency race through your veins.
2. Keep A Gratitude Diary
This is one of the most important points in my list and one I follow every day without fail.
But not, just me, Oprah Winfrey does too and thousands of other highly successful people. They do it because it boosts their positive vibrational frequency exponentially and I guarantee that it will for you to0.
When you put together a list of what you’re grateful for, it swings your vibrational frequency from a crappy and negative state of focusing on what you don’t have to a positive and vibrant state, where you identify what is already abundant in your life.
I keep a little diary where I document 5 things that I’m grateful for every single day. At the beginning you may find this small exercise hard, it’s quite possible that you won’t even be able to think of anything that you’re grateful for after the first 3 items.
But trust me, even if you stick to just this one of the techniques in this list, make sure that it’s this one. You’ll discover so many things, both small and big, that you have to be grateful for and it will change the way you see your life forever.
It certainly did for me.
3. Plug Meditation Into Your Daily Routine
Meditation is a state in which your mind is rid of all worries, desires, hopes and thoughts. The only thing left behind will be your consciousness.
When you achieve the state of Meditation, you halt the ever-present and continuous mental activities that lead to stress and restlessness in your life. You don’t need to meditate for an hour straight off the bat, just 10 minutes a day is enough to notice a positive change in your vibrational frequency.
The best part about meditation is that you don’t have to buy any fancy pants gimmicks or equipment, it’s totally free and you will feel the benefits of this ancient art almost immediately.
Now, if you’re one of those people that think “meditation is not for me” then you may have fallen victim to believing one or more “meditation myths” as I like to call them. It will definitely clear up a few concerns, doubts and false beliefs you may be having.
I cannot stress how important meditation is though, so when you’re ready to begin I want you to have all the resources you need to get started immediately, without hitting any speed bumps along the way.
4. Be A Giver
The best part about giving something to someone or doing something good for someone else, without wanting anything in return, is that it draws a very high vibration of abundance to you.
As the famous Zig Ziglar says:
You can have everything in life that you want if you just give enough other people what they want.
This can be very rewarding for you so listen closely, I’m not telling you to go out and give away everything you have, but what I am saying is change the way you’re thinking from “I don’t have enough” to “I have more than enough to give to others.”
There is always something you can give, whether it’s a service, some help moving apartments or even a simple hug. The universe has a way of rewarding those that give, rather than those that hold onto everything like a total scrooge.
5. Stop Complaining And Talking About People
Stop gossiping, negativity and complaining, it’s the ultimate destroyer of a positive vibrational frequency. It completely depletes your energy reserves faster than you can imagine and moves your mind away from the greater tasks, which can give you a happier and more fulfilling life.
Next time you think to talk about people behind their back, think about this quote from the Eleanor Roosevelt: “Great minds discuss ideas; Average minds discuss events; Small minds discuss people.”
6. Live A More Active Lifestyle
In order to gain a higher vibrational frequency, you need to become active. Otherwise your vibrations will become stagnant.
Basically, the more you move the more freely you vibrations can move too.
So get out there and find an activity that you love doing (so you stick to it) and you’ll soon notice all the happy experiences that follow.
7. Commit To Taking Control Of Your Life
Nothing that has happened in your past has control over the choices and decisions you make today.
You can choose to be a victim of circumstance, past, family upbringing, trauma, or anything else that makes you feel sorry about yourself and your misfortunes.
Or you can choose to make a decision that will change your life. If you’re always in your head feeling sorry for yourself, your eyes aren’t open, and you’re going to miss all the great opportunities that pop up and could change your life in an instant
This is called “total responsibility.” What this means is that only you are responsible for how you feel right now. Don’t think of it like a curse. It’s a blessing because it puts you back in control of your life.
8. Take Some Full And Deep Breaths
When you have a calm vibration, it leads to a high vibrational frequency.
Taking some long and deep breaths has a huge direct effect on your nervous system, sending you into a super calm and tranquil state. You can learn more about breathing in our free meditation report.
9. Admit Your Fears Then Face Them
What you’re afraid to do is generally what you need to do the most in order to fulfill your dreams of love and happiness.
Facing your fears and living outside your comfort zone leads to possibilities that you’ve never dreamed possible. It also opens up your body to experience Eustress, a type of positive stress, which is responsible for higher vibrational frequencies.
So, starting from today look at the choices you have. Each choice has a Comfort Zone Direction (fear based) and an Uncomfort Zone Direction (Facing your fears). With each choice take the route of the Uncomfort Zone and watch your life change in positively magical ways.
10. Have a Meaningful Conversation
Find someone whose company you enjoy and have a meaningful conversation about life with them. Ask them what their plans are in life, what they think about reality and whether it is merely a figment of our imagination.
Basically discuss anything that gets both your minds actively thinking and pushing your boundaries of understanding. By discussing topics that push the boundaries of your mind, you raise both your vibrations, and your friends.
11. Slow Down For Just a Moment
Take some time to just stop. There will always be another task to do, or somewhere to go and someone to see.
But, trust me, just stop for a second. Take some time to align your thoughts, breathe deeply and process your feelings and emotions.
Through our hectic everyday lives, we tend to bury our feelings deep down in our soul and lock them up. This is especially true, if it’s negative, non spiritual or if we know it will result in arguments. These feelings and emotions never go away; they only build up inside us and fester until we explode internally. But, not before your positive vibrational frequency is reduced to an absolute mess.
The feelings and emotions you’re having need to surface, every single one of them. You’ll feel the weight off your shoulders and the flow of vibration return to normal soon after.
There you have it folks. These are the 11 ways that I’ve personally used to increase my vibrational frequency.
